You cannot beat this location. There is a crosswalk that takes you directly to the beach. 19th street is also close to the pier and a ton of restaurants and bars. The Newport boardwalk is gorgeous. You can walk / runner / rollerblade for miles. This home is nicely updated and has a 2 car garage which was very useful. I’d rent this home again.

This was the perfect girls trip stay ! I was very impressed by the quality/feel of the airbnb - definitely worth the price ! It comfortably slept 9 between the upper and lower unit. Would stay again.

Great location, great remodel, nice amenities and parking for two cars in garage! Marina Park Playground is a short walk. Restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. If staying with children, bring a noise machine bc walls, floors, and ceiling are thin. Noisy on weekends (that’s how close you are to the bay, but worth it!). We weren’t able to utilize the downstairs unit’s(2b/2ba) small back patio often due to the immense flies. — I did mention this to vacasa rentals at least twice and they said they would tell the property manager…. For 4 weeks, the same trash bin did not get rolled out to the curb. Flies and fruit flies did get into the house. We were there during the crazy heat wave and the unit upstairs (3b/2ba) get’s super hot in the front room (sun hits through pretty hard in morning) so make sure to leave the AC on in the summer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
